The team of Mission: Impossible 7 released a video that offers footage of one insane stunt pulled off by Tom Cruise in the upcoming sequel of the franchise. Due to the global pandemic coronavirus, the production and shooting of the new sequel started this week, and immediately it grabbed all the attention of audiences. The Mission Impossible franchise is known for its spectacular and amazing stunts; Tom Cruise himself does most of them. And this movie promises the same as the rest of the film in the franchise.
Mission: Impossible 7 is the upcoming American spy movie, directed and written by Christopher McQuarrie, starring Tom Cruise in the character of Ethan Hunt. The movie is the seventh film of the franchise Mission Impossible and the third film with director McQuarrie including Fallout and Rogue Nation. Along with Cruise, the film’s cast involves Henry Czerny, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, and Vanessa Kirby. Paramount Pictures will release Mission: Impossible 7 on 19 November 2021, and a direct sequel will be released by director McQuarrie on 4 November 2022.
On 20 February 2020, the movie began to shoot in Venice, and in mid-March, the crew moved to Rome. Due to the COVID-19, the filming was halted. The team started their production work on 6 July 2020 at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Hertfordshire. The production crew was searching for a bridge that is unused and can be destroyed for the shoot. When asked by local authorities and museum officials, filmmakers denied the fact and stated it is false information. By July 2020, protesters began to protest, and activists launched a petition to the Minister of Culture and National Heritage against the destruction. Later, McQuarrie confirmed no plan to blow away a bridge, ensuring that one is unsafe, damaged, and needed to be built anyway.
McQuarrie has not shied away from teasing the massive scale of Mission: Impossible 7. Cruise and the director are preparing for all the stunt sequences for the seventh installment of the franchise, and they have confirmed the eight installments as well, Mission: Impossible 8. The first look though is to prove the height of insanity Cruise and McQuarrie are aiming to achieve.
Christopher Allen McQuarrie is an American director known for his films like The Way of the Gun, Jack Reacher, The Mummy, Edge of Tomorrow, Mission: Impossible- Rogue Nation, and Mission: Impossible- Fallout. His first feature movie was titled Public Access in 1993. The film won the Critics Award at the Deauville American Film Festival and also shared the Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize. It received a 58% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
VGTV and NRK released the movie’s first look, and fans got their first-ever footage of the most awaited movie mission: Impossible 7. Recently ZachMacieI shared a post regarding Mission: Impossible 7. The video was of Tom Cruise driving a motorcycle off a mountaintop before parachuting to the ground below. And he was followed by a helicopter with a camera, which shot him the whole time. However, it is impossible to tell the context of the video or the purpose of the sequence or what the new movie’s plot is going to be. The visuals of the sequence were pleasing and perfectly fit in the Mission: Impossible world. The shot looks incredible and insane. Tom Cruise has the reputation of performing the stunts that other actors would not even consider, and the video’s moves have raised the bars for other films in Hollywood. McQuarrie and Tom Cruise and Ferguson and Atwell are also eager to share the film’s fun surprises. The stunt’s recent footage looks like Mission: Impossible 7 will stand up to the fans’ expectations and the speculations around it.
